NILDO JOSE, KZ APARMENT

In São Paulo's Jardins neighborhood, a 170 m² apartment with city views became the first home for a young couple. Architect Nildo José transformed the space, reducing three bedrooms to two, expanding the kitchen, adding a lavatory, and creating a more open layout. To infuse warmth and sophistication, Nildo introduced exclusive pieces by renowned designers. Highlights include a marble calacata Ameba table in the dining room, custom kitchen cabinets by Basile Joinery, and a slatted wood lining in the social area. The project features iconic items like Hans J. Wegner's Elbow chairs and Flag Halyard armchair, and Jorge Zalszupin's Domino side table and mantelpiece.
